Mentoring

I take four 25-minute mentoring meetings each week with young talent exploring a career in brand management or sport-adjacent categories. The intent is to create space for people early in their careers to ask hard questions and explore different perspectives outside of the crush of a professional environment or job interview.

These sessions are very informal, and limited to those still in school or in the first five years after graduation. And while these in no way constitute job interviews — and I’m not open to discussing current open roles with my employer — the best conversations often lead to new introductions and connections. A few evolve into recurring conversations.

There is, of course, no cost. Most meetings are online — though I’m happy to make arrangements to meet in-person when it suits us both.
